Brentwood Muslim Community Center currently offers a wide range of services to promote a place where Muslims can connect and be guided to a right path. The bulk of the services are deen related in nature, whether it’s five daily prayers in Jama’ah, weekly Jum’ah Prayers, Eid Prayers, Taraweeh Prayers, Weekend School, Hafz Program, Muslim Youth Group, Sister’s Halqa Group, Islamic Library.
These are the services that are currently offered at the community center. We are also planning additional services such as a full time private Islamic school, Tutoring Center, Islamic Daycare Services, Community Hall, Funeral Arrangements, Recreational Room, Counseling Services, and Dawah Program.
Our first and only Masjid in Brentwood California is dedicated to promote a place where Muslims can connect and be guided to a right path with our current services:

What we really concentrate on is on their moral development. They will grow up to become good Muslims and be example citizens. We treat these children with love and respect so they will be motivated from within to be a part of this program. In a very short time we have seen a lot of success and within five months our enrollment has grown over 100 students. Parents are so impressed that we have no shortage of volunteer teachers and assistants. Alhamdulillah, Allah (SWT) is guiding our program and is showing us the way.
This class alone should encourage you to come visit our community center. Listening to young children reciting the Quran by memorization with proper tajweed will inspire you to share our goal. You will know in your heart that Allah (SWT) alone is our guide and it is not possible without his help.
Many disciplined and committed Muslim youth in the community have started a Muslim Youth Group. The Muslim Youth Group is currently gathering on a weekly basis to preserve the identity of Muslim youth and help them overcome the problems they face in our modern society. They currently conduct activities targeted towards the youth (ie weekend picnics, football games and halqas) which empowers them to become practicing believers and guides them to become active and positive citizens of our society.
“I used to be a very bad juvenile but thanks to the youth group I have made a 180 degree turn.” – One youth group participant
Do you think BMCC is doing all of this? or do you think our founders or organizers are doing something the make this happen? With our limited time do you think any of us has the power to makes such changes? No. Allah(SWT) is helping us.
“What are you doing over there? My child always wants to go to the Masjid” – One non-participant parent.
You have to come and see how the youth group interact with each other, help each other with school homework, access our open library, and use our secure computer to help them with their homework assignments. All thanks to Allah (SWT) they have incorporated the Masjid attendance in their daily agenda.
